Princess Pageant

 

About Us: The Princess Pageant is pageant that builds confidence and poise in young ladies. Princess Bridal and Prom of Navarre will be hosting Princess Pageant in hopes to get the contestants more involved with their community while teaching them respect and perseverance for not only themselves but for others around them.

General Information:  This is a Natural to Semi-Glitz Pageant. Children under the age of 13 are NOT to have makeup or they will be disqualified.  Judging is based off your natural beauty NOT fakeness.

 

Attire: Ages Newborn to 12 Girls: Birthday Tutu dress can be handmade or purchased one or two piece. Little beading is allowed but please do not overdue it.  Dress can be floor length or above knee, no length restriction but pleases keep it age appropriate. Feathers and lights are prohibited so please plan accordingly.

Girls ages 13 and up: Knee length poofy homecoming style dresses are to be worn only. Boys of all ages: due to a limited attire and wear any cute birthday outfit even if it’s a suit. 

 

Registration Forms: Your official entry form along with your full payment MUST be received by August 18th, 2015. There will only be 100 contestants accepted so please do NOT wait. Entry will not be accepted the day of pageant.

 

Registration Fees:  $30.00 entry fee per child. There will also be a $5.00 charge for each extra judging such as best hair, best smile, best dresses, ect.  All spectators will be charged a $3.00 entry fee.

 

Age Divisions Contestants will compete according to their age the day of the pageant. Princess Pageant reserves the right to combine or close divisions to make it fair for all. Boy divisions will be based on entries received. 

 

Divisions: Girls and Boys: 0-11m, 12-23m, 24-36m, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-16, 17-19, 20-22

 

Titles: There will be an overall winner in each age division as well as a 2nd runner up (3rd place) and 1st runner up (2nd place).  We will also have the overall specialty titles that will be out of all contestants in each age group if you select specialty titles. Example Best dress, best smile, best hair, most photogenic and best personality.

Talent:  This will be from ages 6 through 22. Talent is to be no more than 90 seconds. Costumes are allowed as long as it ties into the talent. There will be 2 winners in talent. Ages 6-13 and 14 through 22. Be creative!!!!

 

Winnings:  ALL AGE DIVISIONS: 1st place winner will receive a trophy, sash, tiara/crown, and cash.  2nd and 3rd place winners will receive a trophy and sash. All 1st place winners will also be invited to ride along in the local parades. EVERY CHILD WILL GO HOME WITH PARTICIATION TIARA/CROWN

PAGEANT WILL BE OPEN TO ALL OHIO, PA, WV RESIDENCE

 

This pageant is meant to be a fun experience for both the contestants and the parents; we will not tolerate negative talk from parent to parent, or parent to child about another contestant. Also please be respectful of the facility. If any of our volunteers hear any negativity you will be asked to leave and your child will not compete or be allowed back to compete in future events. We ask that you please be kind and considerate. If you have any questions or concerns please direct them to myself. I am the director and will answer them as best as I possibly can.
